Know your numbers - blood pressure
Today is the beginning of "Know your Numbers!®" week which is running from the 18th to the 24th September.
This is Blood Pressure UK's flagship event and, having been launched in September 2001, it is run every year.
Information often stays with you when it is visually presented so I thought this short video about blood pressure readings might be useful...
